Right relationship with God

When a vine bears "much fruit," God is glorified, for daily he sent the sunshine and rain to make the crops grow, and constantly he nurtured each tiny plant and prepared it to blossom. What a moment of glory for the Lord of the harvest when the harvest is brought into the barns, mature and ready for use! He made it all happen! This farming analogy shows how God is glorified when people come into a right relationship with him and begin to "produce much fruit" in their lives.

“This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.”

‭‭John‬ ‭15‬:‭8‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Reflections

So that we know, *all* are meant to bear fruit, as He nurtures each and every plant, with sunshine and rain, our daily nutrients (our daily bread).

Growth takes time and it definitely did not happen overnight. We need reminders, changes and time to change. Though yes, there are also times where miracles still happens and life still goes on.  The fruit that we bear will also depend on how hard we worked and rely on Him. If we are toiling away but relying only on ourselves we perhaps maybe getting nowhere. However, when we fully rely on God alone, His works will definitely show in our fruits.

In fact, before we even bear fruit, He makes us beautiful with the flowers. Come to think of it, I do see flowers in people. The people who are kind, caring, loving and real pretty in character. They are like the flowers, so awesome to look at and be amazed with, like how beautiful they are and how our God has created them. Just like some friends we know we are like that too. Awesome and amazing by how God has transformed them and made them new. Enough to spur us to give the Lord thanks and praise for such people or children of God who exist in this dark and fallen world. There are precious and like treasures to behold.

So yes, thank God for these people that You have placed in my life and I aspire to be like them too.
