Reconciled to the Lord
Christ's death provided a way for all people to come to God. It cleared away the sin that keeps us from having a right relationship with our Creator. This does not mean that everyone has been saved, but that the way has been cleared for anyone who will trust Christ to be saved. We can have peace with God and be reconciled to him by accepting Christ, who died in our place. Is there a distance between you and the Creator? Be reconciled to God. Come to him through Christ.
“and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.”Colossians 1:20 NIV

Reflections
The question has always been will you? It was never a can you. Because of what Jesus done in the past, not only has He redeemed us all, He provided us with a direct lane to God our Father. If you remember, the curtain of the temple was torn into two, it is done, it is finished. Once and for all for everyone. So will you come to Christ?
What does coming to Christ means to you? It is not just professing our faith. It is living out His word, learning about Him, building this close relationship with God and eventually knowing His will. It is impossible to know someone’s will if we do not have a close relationship with Him.
For instance, if you live with someone, you know their habit and their quirks as well. You know them well and would have also discussed matters and issues with them. It is because of this relationship, that one can say, yes I know them well. You cannot tell a person you just met that you know them well. They are only acquaintances. It takes time, as well as effort. Similarly for us Christians, we need to devote time and effort to get to know Jesus and our Father. Otherwise, He is just no different from any acquaintance you just met. Everything will just be superficial and all the more it will be hard to recognise His voice.
So go to the Lord and be reconciled with Him and He will make your paths straight and lead you to still waters. He will refresh your souls.
