God's law of love
Jesus summarized the law as love for God and neighbor, and Paul said that love demonstrated toward a neighbor would fully satisfy the law. When we fail to love, we are actually breaking God's law. Examine your attitude and actions toward others. Do you build people up or tear them down? When you're ready to criticize someone, remember God's law of love and say something good instead. Saying something beneficial to others will cure you of finding fault and increase your ability to obey God's law of love.
“Brothers and sisters, do not slander one another. Anyone who speaks against a brother or sister or judges them speaks against the law and judges it. When you judge the law, you are not keeping it, but sitting in judgment on it. There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and destroy. But you—who are you to judge your neighbor?”James 4:11-12 NIV

Reflections
I remember when I first read this above verse. I got stuck and later got scared because I realised every time I criticised someone, I am also judging the same master I am serving.
It is very human to judge but the Lord is teaching us otherwise. The world is in such a mess because people judges people all the time! War arises because of judgement issues. Someone thinks that the other party is being impossible, they don’t even want to negotiate and fighting back is what is on their mouths. The bible says, do not return evil with evil" 1 Peter 3:9 and Romans 12:17, 19 also said this: "Do not repay anyone evil for evil...Never avenge yourselves, but leave room for the wrath of God" - this verse from Romans is also the bible verse that appeared in my daily Chinese calendar.
I believe it is no coincidence that the Lord impressed upon me never to criticise someone, for then I am criticising the Lord Himself.
_I’m sorry Father and repent of the sin that I have done. Help me to love the people that I criticise and to continually pray for them. Help me with my unbelief and trust that You have the power to turn and transform hearts. Remind me too Lord, to guard my tongue, speaking words of encouragement and words that are positive. Help me to focus on You and not the people nor the storms. Let positivity rain on me and flows through me to the people I touch as well. In the Mighty name of Jesus I pray. Amen_
